Sergi Katılım Şartnamesi
“Uluslararası Ada Ülkesi Sanatçıları 1.
Posta Sanatı Olimpos Sergisi” uluslararası nitelikte bir
sergi olup tüm sanatçılara ve sanat eğitimi gören öğrencilere açıktır. (18
yaşını doldurmuş Olmak gerekir )
Katılım
ücretsizdir.
Eseri
sergilenen her katılımcıya adına düzenlenmiş “Katılım Belgesi” verilecektir.
Serginin teması:
Sanatçı aşağıdaki maddelerden birini
seçebilir.
a)
Arkeolojik ve mitolojik değerleriyle Olimpos.
b)
Serbest tema.
Eserlerin
standart ölçüsü A4 kağıt (21 x 29,7 cm.) olmalıdır.
A4
kağıt üzerine sanatçı istediği tekniği kullanmakta serbesttir. (Akrilik boya,
yağlı boya, sulu boya, pastel vb. malzemelerin yanı sıra özgün baskı, dijital
tasarım, kolaj, fotoğraf vb. tekniklerden faydalanılabilir veya karışık teknik
kullanılabilir.
Hem
kağıt hem zarf üzerine çalışmak isteyen sanatçılar için zarfın standart ölçüsü
22,5 x 30 cm.dir. (Zarf üzerine çalışmak zorunlu değildir.)
Eserler
posta yoluyla gönderilmelidir.
Eserlerin
üzerinde mutlaka gönderilen şehrin posta merkezinin damgası veya mührü
olmalıdır. İsteyen sanatçı pul kullanabilir.
Her
sanatçı en fazla 4 (dört) adet eser ile sergiye katılabilir.
Eserlerin
arka yüzüne sanatçının adı, soyadı, doğum tarihi, adresi, e-posta adresi ve
telefon numarası mutlaka yazılmalıdır.
Eserler
en geç 10 Ekim 2019 tarihinde aşağıdaki adrese teslim olacak şekilde
gönderilmelidir. Bu tarihten sonra gelen eserler sergiye kabul edilmeyecektir.
Postada
yaşanan aksaklıklardan ve postada meydana gelebilecek hasarlardan sergi düzenleme
kurulu sorumlu değildir.
Eserin
gönderim posta ücreti katılımcıya aittir.
Sergi
bitiminde eserler ve katılım belgeleri sanatçıların belirttikleri adreslere
karşı ödemeli kargo ile gönderilecektir. Kargoda meydana gelebilecek
hasarlardan sergi düzenleme kurulu sorumlu değildir.
Toplumsal,
ahlaki değerlere aykırı, dini veya siyasi mesajlar
taşıyan eserler sergilenmeyecektir.

Specification Of Exhibition
Participation
International Island Country
Artists 1st Postal Art Olympus Exhibition ”is an international exhibition, open to all artists and
art students. (Must be over 18)
Participation
is free.
Each
participant whose work is exhibited will receive a “Certificate of
Participation that issued on behalf of him”
The theme of
the exhibition:
The artist may choose one of the following
items.
a) Archaeological and mythological values of
Olympos.
b) Free theme.
The standard size of the works should be A4 paper
(21 x 29.7 cm.).
The artist is free to use the technique he wants on
A4 paper. (Acrylic paint, oil paint, watercolor, pastel, etc. materials, as
well as original printing, digital design, collage, photography, etc.
techniques can be used or mixed techniques can be used.
For artists who want to work on both paper and
envelope, the standard size of the envelope is 22.5 x 30 cm.. (Envelope is not
mandatory.)
The works must be sent by post.
The city must be stamped or stamped on the postal
center. The artist may use stamps.
Each artist can participate with maximum 4 (four)
works.
The name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail
address and telephone number of the artist must be written on the back of the works.
The works must be sent to the address below at the
latest on October 10, 2019. Works after this date will not be accepted to the
exhibition.
The exhibition organizing board is not responsible
for any problems in the mail and any damages that may occur in the mail.
The postage of the work belongs to the participant.
At the end of the exhibition, the works and
participation documents will be sent to the addresses specified by the artists
by paid cargo. The exhibition organizing board is not responsible for damages
that may occur in cargo.
Social, moral and religious, political or political
messages will not be exhibited.
